Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Zoomies purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 15 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging and components. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its status and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method. Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the 15-day return period may not be eligible for a refund. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can make it right.
